The Early Years Lead Educator is responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and evaluation of high‑quality early childhood education programmes for children aged 3 to 5 years. This role ensures that children are supported in their physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development through age‑appropriate, child‑centred learning experiences. The Lead Educator will manage the daily operation of the classroom and guide the curriculum along with  a classroom assistant.

Requirements:
Recognised Early Childhood Education qualification in the area.
Strong knowledge of child development, early‑years frameworks, and inclusive practices.
Proven experience in the field.
Excellent communication, organisational skills, and a warm, child‑centred approach.
