We are seeking an experienced Tandoor & Barbeque Chef to join our busy full-service restaurant specialising in South Asian cuisine. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking authentic tandoori breads and grilled dishes to a high professional standard.

Key responsibilities include preparation of naan, roti and other tandoor breads; preparation of marinated meats, kebabs and barbeque dishes; safe operation and maintenance of traditional clay tandoor ovens; ensuring consistency, portion control and presentation; maintaining food hygiene and HACCP standards; and assisting with stock control and kitchen organisation.

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years’ professional experience in tandoor and barbeque cooking within a high-volume restaurant environment. Strong knowledge of Pakistani and Indian cuisine is essential. The candidate must be capable of working efficiently under pressure as part of a professional kitchen team.
