Kilminchy Catering Limited t/a 4Kitchens requires Chef de Partie to join the sauce production/catering team to produce various multi-cuisine dishes at The 4Kitchens, Unit 7, BBQ Centre, Dublin Road, Shankill. D18 X6PE.
Candidates must have a Minimum of 2 year's experience. HACCP knowledge is essential. Duties include: Supervision, preparation, Implementation of all aspects of Indian, Chinese, Thai, Italian and Mexican cuisine & other International gastronomy.
The annual salary is €34,000-39,000 (D.O.E). The weekly working hours are 39. It’s a 2 years contract.
