Work collabaritely with the Head Chef of The Wine Cellar Prepare pizzas from our menu and also custom orders Preparing appetisers for groups Monitor food stock, maintain supplies and place orders as and when required Prepare pizza dough, fresh sauces and pizza toppings/accompaniments Maintain clean cooking station and equipment Supporting The Wine Cellar kitchen team during service Other reasonable duties which may be assigned from time to time
