Manage a designated kitchen section (e.g., grill, sauté, pastry).
Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to the restaurant’s standards.
Ensure consistent portion control and presentation.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the station.
Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering supplies.
Train and supervise junior staff (Commis Chef, Kitchen Assistants).
Follow food safety and hygiene regulations (HACCP standards).
Coordinate with other sections to ensure smooth service.
Assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef as required.
