We are looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead our busy daytime operation.
This hands-on role covers:
Breakfast service
Lunch service
Oversight of our coffee shop
Oversight of our on-site food truck
You will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, leading the team from the front, maintaining high service standards, and delivering an excellent guest experience across all outlets.
Previous F&B supervisory experience (essential)
Strong background in fast-paced breakfast/lunch service
Confident managing multiple service areas
Excellent leadership and organisational skills
Available midweek and weekends
