Red Power Limited trading as Red Power Motorsport requires a B2B Sales Executive (Mandarin-Speaking) for their premises at 1C Avonbeg Industrial Estate, Long Mile Road, Drimnagh, Dublin 12, D12 HE02.

39 hours per week at a minimum €37,000 p/a (€18.24 per hour). Salary may be more based on experience and will increase proportionately if additional hours are required.
We are now recruiting for a permanent full-time B2B Sales Executive (Mandarin-Speaking).

Job Description: Red Power Limited trading as Red Power Motorsport is a motor trade business specialising in the sale of car parts, performance parts, accessories and related equipment. We are seeking a commercially focused B2B Sales Executive to support the company’s business-to-business sales development and international supplier engagement.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing trade accounts, negotiating with overseas manufacturers and wholesale suppliers, particularly in Mandarin-speaking regions, and supporting the company’s procurement and commercial growth strategy. The role will involve preparing quotations and commercial proposals, managing pricing structures and supply agreements, coordinating stock planning with international suppliers, and identifying new wholesale and distribution opportunities. The candidate must demonstrate strong commercial awareness, negotiation capability, and fluency in Mandarin and English to facilitate direct business communications.

Responsibilities: Develop and maintain B2B trade relationships with suppliers and commercial clients within the motor trade sector.
Negotiate pricing, supply terms and commercial agreements with Mandarin-speaking manufacturers and distributors.
Prepare quotations, proposals and trade documentation for business customers.
Coordinate procurement, inventory planning and order management with overseas suppliers.
Identify new trade accounts and wholesale opportunities to support business growth.
Monitor sales performance and contribute to revenue growth targets.
Maintain accurate commercial records, reports and supplier documentation.
Work independently and as part of a team to achieve commercial objectives.

Key Requirements: 
Fluent Mandarin (spoken and written) and professional working level of English required.
