Experienced and passionate Chef de Partie x 2 sought for a restaurant, Abir Private Limited t/a Rico's, 26 Richmond Street South, Dublin 2. Candidate Requirements: Minimum of two years relevant experience. Previous Chef de Partie experience is essential. Key responsibilities will include: Producing high quality meals from fresh ingredient using spices, running the Kitchen to a high standard, demonstrating high standard culinary skills, improving the existing menus etc. This is a permanent full time role. Hours of work per week: 39 hours.
