Wren Hotel is recruiting for Chef de Partie at of our professional team.

Main responsibilities of the role include:

Assisting the head chef and Sous Chef in maintaining high levels of quality, service, presentation and cleanliness

2 years experienced minimum
Responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in their section

Cooking with Best Irish Ingredients
The ideal candidate will be:

HACCP trained
Have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
Passionate about creating great food
Meticulous about attention to detail and in relation to food service (quality, portion size, presentation and consistency)
Be highly motivated and flexible
Proactive in important areas such as health and safety and food hygiene
