We are looking for a hands on, motivated individual to join our team as a Coffee Machine Technician, with additional responsibilities in clerical work, customer service, deliveries, and sales support. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to build a long-term career in the coffee industry, learning all aspects of the business — from technical repair to customer relations, logistics, and retail. Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair a variety of domestic and/or commercial coffee machines (e.g. espresso, bean-to-cup) Conduct maintenance, cleaning, and part replacements Assist with order processing, customer inquiries, and basic administrative tasks Support the delivery and setup of machines or stock for customers Help with in-store or online sales (training provided) Maintain service records and inventory of parts Requirements: Background in electrical, mechanical, or appliance repair (formal qualification or strong experience) Clean driving licence (for local deliveries) Comfortable using basic office tools (email, spreadsheets, order systems – training provided) Good communication and customer service skills Interest in coffee and willingness to learn about the trade Ability to work both independently and as part of a small team
