We are seeking a vet to join our newly established Equine ambulatory practice based in South Kilkenny. Our focus is heavily weighted towards thoroughbred farms with a roughly 50:50 racehorse to stud farm breakdown. The ideal candidate would have 2 years or more experience in Equine practice however a recent graduate with the right skill set and interest would be strongly considered. The successful applicant will work between the main Stud farm and Racing yards gaining valuable experience in both fields. Opportunities will be available to take primary responsibility for smaller pre training and stud farms for the right candidate. About Us: We are a newly established equine practice located in the south Kilkenny area, roughly 30 minutes from Waterford and Kilkenny city. Our focus is to provide high quality first opinion care to our clients. We aim to provide a progressive, close-knit working environment, supported by an experienced office team and RVN.
