	Perform MIG welding to a high standard.
	Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
	Fabricate, assemble and repair metal structures and components.
	Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet required specifications.
	Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
	39 Hours per week.

Requirements:
	Proven experience as a Mig welder, preferably in a manufacturing or heavy equipment environment.
	Proficiency in MIG welding techniques.
	Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
	Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
	Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team.
