We’re launching the first Vietnamese food trailer in Cork and need a reliable Kitchen Assistant/Commis Chef to support our Chef. 
This part-time role offers 25 hours per week (Tuesday- Saturday shifts)
in a vibrant, fast-paced environment.
Location: Victoria Cross, Cork City
Key Responsibilities:
Food preparation:  washing, chopping, peeling, mixing ingredients
Assisting the Chef with basic cooking tasks and following recipes.
Take customer orders and process payments
⁠Maintaining cleanliness of kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils.
Adhering to strict health, safety, and HACCP food hygiene standards.
Requirements:
Knowledge of HACCP and safe working practices, Must acquire basic food hygiene qualification HACCP level 1&2
Applicants must have a good command of the English language. 
Minimum 1 year of previous experience working with food and customer service
