This is a year-round business in a popular coastal town with strong tourism, surfing culture, and a great social atmosphere. About the Role This is a hands-on leadership position, combining floor supervision with active service in a fast-paced environment. You will support daily operations, lead shifts, and help maintain high standards of service and team performance. Key Responsibilities Supervise bar and front-of-house staff during service Lead shifts and ensure smooth daily operations Maintain high standards of service, speed, and quality Support training and development of staff Handle customer issues professionally Assist with stock control, ordering, and deliveries Ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards are followed Support rota planning and daily organisation Lead by example on the floor during busy services Candidate Requirements Essential: EU / EEA passport or right to work in Ireland Minimum 2–3 years’ hospitality experience, with at least 1 year in a senior or supervisory role Strong leadership and communication skills Good level of English Experience in busy, high-volume venues Organised, reliable, and confident managing teams Desirable: Experience in Irish or UK hospitality environments Experience with stock control, ordering, or shift management Staff training or mentoring experience Salary, Hours & Benefits Hourly rate: €16.00 – €17.00+ per hour (based on experience and responsibility) Hours: Approximately 35–40 hours per week Tips: Pooled and split according to shifts worked, paid weekly Accommodation: Shared staff property Cost: €600 per month + utilities in a newly renovated staff house Contract: Full-time, long-term, year-round employment Stable, established operation with strong year-round trade Excellent lifestyle location: coastal living, outdoor activities, and strong community life Real opportunity to progress into management Apply to : jobs@euworkforce.ie
