Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Location: Co Wexford Operation: Hotel About the Role We are recruiting an experienced and reliable Chef de Partie to join a professional, high-volume kitchen environment. This is a hands-on role for a chef who can run their own section with confidence, maintain high standards, and work well as part of a structured brigade. The successful candidate will support senior kitchen management in delivering consistent quality, efficiency, and excellent presentation across all services. Key Responsibilities Take full responsibility for your assigned section Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a consistently high standard Ensure food quality, portion control, and presentation meet required standards Maintain excellent hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards (HACCP) Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations and service delivery Assist with stock control, ordering, and reducing food waste Help guide and support junior kitchen staff and commis chefs Work efficiently under pressure during busy service periods Ensure good communication and smooth handovers within the kitchen team Requirements Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Senior Commis in a busy kitchen Ability to run a section independently Solid understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety standards Organised, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Team player with a professional and positive attitude Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and peak service times Salary and Benefits Pay Rate: €16.50 – €17.50 per hour (gross), depending on experience Accommodation Support: €75 per week supplement towards accommodation costs Contract: Full-time, long-term, permanent position Work Environment: Professional, structured kitchen with consistent business levels Progression: Opportunities for career development within the kitchen team Apply: jobs@euworkforce.ie
