Michael Ward Processing T/a Matildas Bakery requires 2 Bakers for full-time work in 1 Monaghan Street, Drummond Otra, Carrickmacross, Co. Monaghan, A81 X066.

The successful candidates will be responsible for preparing and baking a range of fresh products while ensuring high standards of quality, hygiene, and food safety are maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, mix, and bake bread, pastries, and other baked goods.
Follow standard recipes and production schedules.
Operate and maintain baking equipment safely.
Monitor product quality and presentation.
Ensure compliance with food safety and HACCP procedures.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area.
Assist with stock control and ingredient storage.

Also;
Work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
Physical roles include lifting and standing.

Other Details: 
Minimum annual remuneration: €36,605
Standard working week 39 hours.

Training in English language skills and company operating procedures will be provided.
