Key Requirements: 
Minimum 2 years experience at Chef de Partie level. 
Must be reliable and flexible to work both midweek and weekends Be a Team player. 
Job Description – Chef De Partie Responsible to: Head Chefs, Senior Chefs & Management 
Main purpose of Job: 
Food Preparation and production in line with Food Hygiene Regulations to the highest standards to ensure customer satisfaction. 
Preparing & Cooking for the following menus: Carvery Lunch Bar food Menu Street Food Pizzas & Deli Brunch 
Main Duties: 
To report for duty on time and in the correct uniform To prepare and produce food for the area which you are assigned and to the agreed standards in conjunction with the other chefs.
To minimise wastage 
To ensure all necessary mis-en-place are ready prior to service.
To follow rigidly and observe all hygiene regulations.
To ensure that the guests’ needs and requirements are met.
To ensure a high standard of personal hygiene and grooming. 
To ensure that all reasonable care is taken for the health and safety of yourself, other employees, guests and other persons on the premises. 
To observe all safety procedures and rules. 
To report and where possible take corrective action in the event of incidents/ accidents and damage.
To attend all training courses as notified to you by management. 
To carry out any other duties as may be notified to you by management.
