Hillbillys Distribution Limited at unit 3, Island Enterprise Centre, Little Island Business Park, Little Island, Co.Cork is looking for 3 meat processing operatives in our boning hall for supplying chicken to all Hillbillys branches. Minimum 2 years of experience is required, excellent knife skills and good knowledge of the butchery trade. The candidate will work as part of our meat processing team . The role require the candidate to perform daily tasks efficiently within a meat processing environment while maintaining high standards of hygiene, food safety, and health and safety. Responsibilities include cutting, preparing and packing meat, managing stock rotation, receiving and dispatching goods, and working effectively as part of a team.Physical role including lifting and standing.
