What You’ll Do? Inventory Planning & Demand Forecasting • Develop and maintain inventory planning strategies aligned with sales trends and forecasted demand. • Analyse historical and current sales performance to optimise stock levels, allocation, and turnover. • Monitor product lifecycle stages to prevent overstock, stockouts, and discontinued-product waste. Supplier Coordination & Replenishment • Coordinate supplier orders, replenishment cycles, and delivery timelines. • Track order accuracy, lead times, and performance to ensure consistent supply availability. • Maintain strong communication and stakeholder relationships with internal teams. Operational Efficiency & Process Improvement • Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements to streamline inventory workflows. • Support system updates or process rollouts to enhance overall operational performance. • Contribute to cross functional initiatives aimed at productivity, accuracy, or cost optimisation. Data Analysis & Reporting • Track KPIs such as stock turnover, order accuracy, and demand variance. • Identify and report trends and changes to consumer behaviours in real-time up your management line. What You’ll Bring? Experience • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in inventory planning, operations coordination, supply chain, or a related field. • Proven track record in improving operational processes, reducing inefficiencies, or enhancing performance metrics. • Experience working in fast paced, customer focused environments. • Experience in stakeholder management and collaborating with different levels of management. Skills & Competencies • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales/demand data and draw meaningful insights. • Excellent organisational and coordination abilities, with high attention to detail. • Proficiency in inventory systems, spreadsheets, and data tools. • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders. • Understanding of psychology and consumer behaviour • Solutions focused mindset with ability to anticipate issues and resolve them proactively. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language Education • Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Social Sciences or related disciplines required. Master’s degree considered an advantage. • Training in data analysis or process optimisation.
