Job Title: Solar Panel Installer Company/Employer: IKB ENERGY LTD Location: BALLYSIMON ROAD, LIMERICK, IRELAND, V94 P7K6. The candidate may go on different sites across Co. Limerick Salary: €36,605 per year. Working Hours: 39 hours per week Main Responsibilities: •Install photovoltaic (PV) solar panel systems on farms / rural areas •Assemble and mount panels, racking, and other structural components •Ensure systems are installed to industry standards and manufacturer specifications •Work safely at heights and follow all relevant health and safety regulations •Collaborate with electricians and other team members during installation •Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition •Assist with site preparation and clean-up Requirements •Previous experience with solar panel installation or renewable energy systems is desirable •Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills •Ability to work independently and as part of a team •Good communication and time management skills •Basic understanding of electrical or mechanical systems •Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions •Valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling certification (or willingness to obtain)
