Brosnan Property Solutions Limited is a fast-progressing company providing reactive maintenance, repairs and renovations. We are currently seeking to recruit an experienced, all-round Carpenter/Roofer

The ideal candidates should have general maintenance experience, preferably with the ability to lead jobs in refurbishment works and clear outs in both residential and commercial projects.

We are a facilities management company based in Cork. We provide planned preventative and reactive maintenance to both the residential and commercial property sector as well as renovations for Council and Social housing bodies.

Your primary duties will entail:

The ideal candidate should have proven experience as a Carpenter/Roofer or in a similar maintenance/construction role with specialization in roofing.

Candidates should show versatility in performing various repair and maintenance tasks with additional experience in drywall slabbing, stud framework and joinery in particular is an advantage.

Responsibilities to include Roof repairs, Chimney repairs, 1st fix carpentry, 2nd fix Carpentry, Lead and slate/tile replacement, etc.

Specification:

A diligent and dedicated approach is essential.
Good timekeeping is essential.
Candidates must demonstrate a sense of pride and attentiveness in their work.

Candidates must be reliable, trustworthy and have the ability to work under their own initiative.
Have the ability to collaborate effectively both as part of a team and to follow instructions from others is necessary.

Key requirements include:

Candidates must possess the following:

Mandatory possession of a valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling Certificate.
Mandatory possession of a full, clean driver’s license.
MEWP ticket is preferable
Own Tools preferable.
