Job Description:
Jonata's Snack House Limited T/A Craic & Coffee, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Officer to join our purchasing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for organising and managing of packaging supplies, equipment and operational goods, working closely with manufacturers, importers, wholesalers and logistics providers to support the company’s production and distribution activities.

 Key Responsibilities:
-Identify and select qualified suppliers for raw materials, packaging materials and operational supplies.
-Negotiate supply terms, pricing structures and contracts with suppliers, ensuring cost efficiency and value for money.
-Purchase goods and services in line with company budgets and operational requirements.
-Evaluate the quality and compliance of purchased materials, ensuring they meet company standards and relevant industry regulations.
-Monitor deliveries and maintain effective supplier relationships to ensure continuity of supply.
-Collaborate with internal departments, including production and operations, to forecast purchasing needs.
-Maintain accurate procurement records and prepare reports for management review.

Requirements:
-1–2 years’ experience in purchasing, procurement or supply chain operations.
-Negotiation skills and analytical abilities to select the best suppliers and products within the established budget.

Salary: €36,605 per annum 
Per Hour: €18.05
Working Hours: 39h
