This is a full-time position responsible for ensuring the health and wellbeing of pigs through daily husbandry tasks, monitoring of pig herd and general day to day pig unit activities across all stages of the pig unit, from breeding to finishing.

Role: To support the farm sections from planning and implementing of the day to day procedures to ensure a maximum health and performance of the pigs on site.

Can work independently with minimal supervision and as part of the team.
Must be in good health and able to do or perform tasks that is physically demanding.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role is required for this position.
Must hold a valid driving license
Must work every 2nd weekend
