Londis Adare is seeking an experienced Baker to prepare and bake fresh bread, rolls, pastries and other in-store bakery products to a consistently high standard. The role involves daily dough and batter preparation, mixing, proving, baking, finishing and correct labelling/display of products, while maintaining excellent quality, portion control and presentation in line with company standards. The Baker will manage stock rotation, assist with ordering and waste control, and ensure strict compliance with food safety and hygiene requirements (including HACCP), cleaning schedules, temperature checks and allergen controls. The successful candidate will work effectively within a small retail team, support customer service where required, and maintain a safe, organised and efficient bakery area in a busy convenience retail environment.
