We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes in a timely and efficient manner. The Chef de Partie will also be responsible for supervising and training junior kitchen staff and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. Responsibilities: • Prepare and cook dishes according to established recipes and standards • Ensure the quality and consistency of all dishes • Supervise and train junior kitchen staff • Manage and maintain inventory levels of food and kitchen supplies • Ensure all food and kitchen areas are kept clean and organized • Comply with all health and safety regulations • Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Chef or Sous Chef Requirements: • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role • Excellent cooking skills and knowledge of culinary techniques • Strong leadership and supervisory skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills • Knowledge of health and safety regulations • Creativity and the ability to develop innovative dishes We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Chef de Partie who is passionate about food and committed to delivering high-quality dishes to our customers.
