Yeeros Limited is seeking  2 Business Strategists to support the commercial development and operational performance of its franchise operations 
Location: 19 Prospect Road Glasnevin Dublin 9 D09 F9N4 Salary €‎36,605 per Annum, 39 Hours Per week with 2 Years Fixed Contract. Send CVs via email at sol@yeeros.ie 
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic business plans to improve revenue growth and cost optimisation across franchise locations.
Conduct financial performance analysis, including sales trends, labour cost control, stock management, and margin monitoring.
Analyse KPIs and prepare structured commercial performance reports for senior management.
Identify operational inefficiencies and design performance improvement initiatives.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and commercial planning processes.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform business strategy.
Collaborate with store leadership teams to implement strategic initiatives aligned with company growth objectives.
Ensure compliance with regulatory, financial, and operational standards.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and long-term expansion planning.
Candidate Requirements
Degree in Business Management, Finance, Operations Management, Hospitality Management, or related discipline (or equivalent professional experience).
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a supervisory or management role within hospitality, retail, food service, or fast-paced commercial environment.
Demonstrated experience in financial performance monitoring, KPI analysis, and business reporting.
Experience in cost control, revenue optimisation, and operational performance management.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Ability to work across multiple operational sites and coordinate with senior management.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
