We are seeking an exceptional Facilities Management Director to provide strategic leadership for integrated FM services across the island of Ireland. This is a senior, high-impact role for a proven leader who can shape vision, drive performance, and act as a trusted advisor to major clients and stakeholders.

The Role
As FM Director, you will set the strategic direction for hard and soft FM, workplace experience, technology and digital solutions, and sustainability. You will sit at the intersection of operational excellence and commercial strategy, leading complex portfolios, influencing at board and client level, and driving long-term value creation.

This role is about leadership, influence and transformation:

Setting and executing a clear FM strategy aligned to commercial growth
Elevating service quality, compliance and innovation at scale
Building enduring client partnerships and securing long-term contract success
Leading cultural, digital and sustainability transformation across the business
Key Accountabilities
Provide strategic leadership for integrated FM services across multiple service lines
Act as senior sponsor for key clients, managing relationships, escalations and future strategy
Drive operational excellence, statutory compliance and risk management across all contracts
Lead financial performance, P&L oversight and commercial optimisation
Champion innovation, digital enablement, data-led decision-making and continuous improvement
Lead, inspire and develop senior FM leaders and specialist teams
Embed ESG, sustainability and Net Zero commitments into FM delivery
About You
You will be a credible, senior FM leader with experience operating at executive or near-executive level, comfortable influencing at boardroom and client C-suite level.

You will bring
Extensive senior leadership experience in complex, multi-service FM environments
Strong commercial and financial acumen, including ownership of large P&Ls
Deep understanding of hard FM compliance, with breadth across soft FM and workplace services
A track record of leading large-scale change, transformation and growth
Gravitas, strategic judgement and the ability to build trust quickly
A people-centred leadership style with a commitment to inclusion and development
Professional FM, engineering or industry accreditation is desirable, as is experience in sustainability or ESG leadership.
