We are currently seeking an experienced Spa & Wellness Therapist / Spa Manager to lead and deliver exceptional service within our luxury hotel spa and wellness centre. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for a highly skilled therapist who is ready to combine treatment delivery with operational management in a refined, guest-focused environment. The successful candidate will play a central role in shaping the wellness experience, driving revenue, managing a small professional team, and ensuring that the spa reflects the quality, standards, and reputation of a luxury hotel, while retaining the personalised service expected in a boutique setting. This role is particularly suited to professionals who enjoy: managing a smaller, high-quality wellness /spa operation, delivering personalised guest experiences rather than high-volume treatments, having a visible impact on service standards, guest satisfaction, and spa performance This role is suitable for candidates currently based in Ireland or for eligible international candidates applying under Ireland’s employment permit system, subject to relevant legislation. Key Area Responsibilities Guest Experience & Treatment Delivery Spa Operations & Management Team Leadership & Development Candidate Requirements Essential Qualifications & Experience Recognised qualification in beauty therapy, massage therapy, or holistic therapy (certified and verifiable) · Minimum 2–3 years’ professional experience as a spa therapist in a hotel, resort, or luxury spa setting · Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within a spa or wellness environment · Strong knowledge of wellness trends, spa treatments, and professional standards skills Personal Attributes · Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills · Strong leadership, organisational, and time-management abilities · Commercial awareness with the ability to drive revenue and manage costs · High level of professionalism, discretion, and personal presentation · Ability to work independently and take ownership of spa performance · Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required in hotel operations.
