We are currently seeking an experienced Spa & Wellness Therapist / Spa Manager to lead and deliver exceptional service within our luxury hotel spa and wellness centre. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for a highly skilled therapist who is ready to combine treatment delivery with operational management in a refined, guest-focused environment.

The successful candidate will play a central role in shaping the wellness experience, driving revenue, managing a small professional team, and ensuring that the spa reflects the quality, standards, and reputation of a luxury hotel, while retaining the personalised service expected in a boutique setting. This role is particularly suited to professionals who enjoy: managing a smaller, high-quality wellness /spa operation, delivering personalised guest experiences rather than high-volume treatments, having a visible impact on service standards, guest satisfaction, and spa performance

This role is suitable for candidates currently based in Ireland or for eligible international candidates applying under Ireland’s employment permit system, subject to relevant legislation.
