Freshly Chopped Limited with a registered address at 1st Floor, 13-15 Main Street, Fairview, Dublin, D03 R5C8, is currently looking to recruit a proprietor/operations manager to join its very busy team at its premises at Chopped Swords, Kiosk 19A(I), Pavilions Shopping Centre, Malahide Road, Swords, Co. Dublin, K67 YH26
The main roles and responsibilities include:
Devising and implementing an in-store marketing plan in accordance with company guidelines.
Completing a weekly Chopped Audit and to file back copies for inspection.
Purchasing or directing the purchase of supplies and arranging for preparation of accounts
Verifying that quality of food, beverages and waiting service is as required, that kitchen and dining areas are kept clean and appropriate hygiene standards are
maintained in compliance with statutory requirements
Liaising regularly with Senior Management and Human Resources in respect of staffing issues
Recording weekly food, beverage & non-consumable purchases, ensuring weekly purchasing budgets are not exceeded.
Determining staffing, financial, material and other short- and long-term requirements are adhered to
Ensuring that the highest standards of hygiene are maintained and that Chopped Food Safety Management System is strictly adhered to, including maintaining
temperature records.
Recording and managing all employee hours weekly on the payroll return including the management of holidays, hours owed, etc as well as ensuring
compliance with the requirements of the Organisation of Working Time Act 1997.
Candidates would be expected to have a minimum of two years of relevant experience working in a similar role. Remuneration is €36,605 per year, 39 hours
