Tree Surgery Groundworker Wanted – A Lifestyle Balance and Mental Health

At our Tree Surgery Department, we believe mental health and a balanced lifestyle are just as important as the work we do. Our team works from 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM, leaving afternoons free for personal time. We offer two compulsory weeks off at Christmas and three additional weeks of holidays. We don’t work weekends, bank holidays, or overtime, ensuring energy is preserved. By focusing on small to medium-sized trees locally, we avoid unnecessary travel and stress. We are committed to creating a supportive environment where well-being comes first, fostering a sustainable, rewarding, and balanced way of working.

Qualifications:
 Minimum NPTC chainsaw tickets CS30, CS31, CS38 & CS39
 Safe Pass & Manual Handling preferred
 Full clean driving licence
 PTS training certification an advantage
 HGV licence C or higher a distinct advantage
