Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring high-quality food preparation, and maintaining excellent hygiene and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes within your assigned section. Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations. Ensure food preparation and presentation meet the restaurant’s quality standards. Maintain a clean and organised workstation in compliance with food safety regulations. Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering ingredients when required. Train and support junior kitchen staff. Ensure all dishes are prepared in a timely manner during service. Follow all HACCP and health & safety regulations.
