We are currently looking for a MultiMedia Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in instructional design, multimedia development, and eLearning tools to create interactive and effective online courses. They will utilize industry best practices in conjunction with modern tools, including with AI capabilities, to produce engaging video content for consumption by our client users and internal staff via a range of mediums. Key responsibilities Content Development Design and develop eLearning courses, instructional videos and interactive learning activities. Write and edit educational content, scripts and course materials to enhance learner engagement. Ensure course materials align with learning objectives and industry best practices. Leverage a large repository of existing video-based content to create/update engaging video content in a range of forms for various mediums (e.g. long form with chaptering for learning, short form for use on social channels). - Instructional Design Application instructional design principles to create effective learning experiences. Develop storyboards and wireframes to plan course structures. Incorporate learning engagement strategies. - Multimedia & Technology Integration Utilize eLearning authoring tools (Articulate, Adobe) to create interactive courses. Design engaging visuals, animations and infographics using graphic design tools (e.g. Adobe Photoshop). Integrate audio, video and interactive elements into learning modules. - LMS Mgmt and Deployment Upload and manage eLearning content on LMS. Test course functionality, troubleshoot issues and ensure a seamless user experience. Track and report learner progress and engagement through LMS analytics. - Collaboration and project management Work with subject matter experts to create and iterate storyboards, then translate them into engaging video content. In collaboration with other members of the Learning team, project manage the delivery of larger, more complex video content (such as multi part learning courses). Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively. Qualifications and Skills - Required BA in instructional design, education, multimedia design or a related field. Experience in eLearning content creation, instructional design or digital education. Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools. Strong graphic design and multimedia editing skills. Knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects. - Preferred Experience with Articulate, Adobe Creative Cloud Experience with Learning Mgmt Systems and SCORM/xAPI standards.
