Mad Brothers Bakery is hiring a Specialist Baker with expertise in sourdough and traditional Brazilian pastries. This is a full-time position (39 hours per week) with an annual salary of €36,605. Duties include sourdough bread production, preparation of Brazilian cakes and pastries, recipe development, and maintaining hygiene standards.
