Salary: €36,605 per year
Hourly Rate: €18.05 per hour (based on 39 hours per week)
Working Hours: 39 hours per week

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Tiler to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing wall and floor tiles in residential, commercial, and renovation projects. The role involves preparing surfaces, cutting tiles to size, laying tiles accurately, and ensuring a high-quality finish that meets project specifications and safety standards.
The Tiler will work closely with site supervisors, contractors, and other tradespeople to ensure work is completed efficiently and on schedule. Attention to detail and pride in workmanship are essential.

Key Responsibilities
Measure and mark surfaces to be tiled.
Prepare wall and floor surfaces (cleaning, leveling, waterproofing if required).
Cut tiles and shape them using hand and power tools.
Lay tiles in accordance with design plans and patterns.
Apply adhesives, grout, and sealants to ensure durability and water resistance.
Ensure tiles are level, aligned, and spaced correctly.
Repair or replace damaged tiles when required.
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
Follow health and safety regulations on site.
Clean work areas after completing tasks.

Key Requirements
Proven experience as a Tiler or similar role in construction or renovation.
Ability to read and interpret drawings, plans, and measurements.
Strong knowledge of tile materials, adhesives, grouts, and installation techniques.
Skilled in using tile cutting tools and other relevant equipment.
High attention to detail and quality workmanship.
Good physical fitness and ability to perform manual labour.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good time management and ability to meet deadlines.
Knowledge of health and safety practices on construction sites.
Relevant trade qualification or certification (preferred).
