Brosnan Property Solutions Ltd, trading as Brosnan Property Solutions, requires a Carpenter at Unit 6, Carrigtwohill Shopping & Business Centre, Main Street, Carrigtwohill, Cork, T45 ND32. This is a hands-on role involving a mix of reactive maintenance and refurbishment works across residential and commercial properties. Duties include: carrying out general property repairs and maintenance works; repairing and replacing doors, windows, and associated fittings; completing 1st and 2nd fix carpentry; installing stud partitions, drywall/slabbing, and general joinery; assisting with refurbishment and upgrade projects; and communicating professionally with clients, tenants, and property managers. Candidates must have at least two years of experience in carpentry or in a similar role, valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling certification, a full driving licence, work ethic with attention to detail, the ability to work independently and within a team, good timekeeping, reliability, and good communication skills.
