Key responsibilities:
Assisting our clients with personal care such as; bathing, showering, toileting and continence management
Light housework such as; making beds, cleaning floors, and commode management
Preparing meals and assisting with feeding and hydration
Recording and reporting of accidents/incidents to the Care Manager in line with company policies & procedures
Prompting of medication and reporting medication errors to the Care Manager in line with company policies & procedures
Assisting colleagues with covering sick leave and annual leave where possible
Working as part of a community team, respecting your colleagues and clients at all times
Promoting safe working practices in line with company policies and procedures

Requirements:
Full drivers licence & your own vehicle (Essential)
Fluent English & work authorisation for Ireland (Essential). We do not offer any form of sponsorship
1 year of healthcare experience (Preferred)
QQI Care Skills and Care of the Older Person modules (Desirable) – However support in gaining this qualification can be provided by us.
