The Business Development Manager will support the commercial growth and market expansion of the company’s Pilates studios in Cork. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, establishing strategic partnerships with corporate organisations, healthcare providers, hotels, and local businesses, and implementing initiatives to increase studio membership and client engagement. The position will also contribute to the company’s expansion plans, including the launch of additional studio locations, by analysing market trends, identifying collaboration opportunities, and strengthening referral networks within the health and wellness sector. The candidate’s academic background in physiotherapy and professional experience working in physiotherapy clinics and Pilates environments provides valuable industry knowledge to support the development of corporate wellness initiatives and partnerships within the rehabilitation, fitness, and wellness markets. The role focuses on business development, partnership management, and strategic growth of the company and does not involve providing physiotherapy treatment or delivering Pilates or fitness instruction.
