We are seeking a skilled Carpenter / Joiner to join our busy door manufacturing facility. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with strong woodworking skills to work in a quality-focused production environment. Key Responsibilities Manufacture internal timber doors to specification Read and interpret technical drawings and job sheets Use woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and accurately Assemble, fit, and finish doors to a high standard Carry out quality checks to ensure consistency and accuracy Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area To apply: Please send your CV and a brief cover note to hrservices@thegalteegroup.ie Requirements Proven experience as a carpenter/joiner (workshop or manufacturing experience preferred) Strong knowledge of timber, joinery techniques, and door construction Ability to work from drawings and measurements with precision Good attention to detail and workmanship Ability to work independently and as part of a team Awareness of health & safety practices in a workshop environment Desirable (but not essential) Experience with CNC or industrial woodworking machinery Experience in door, window, or bespoke joinery manufacturing Benefits What We Offer Competitive pay and stable employment Modern workshop and equipment Supportive team environment Opportunities for skill development and progression
