Khemaphun Prakongchit T/A Aroma Tha Massage Centre, 26 Henrietta St, Townparks, Wexford, Y35 EF8P, is seeking 1 Practice Manager Main Function: The Practice Manager oversees daily operations of the shop, ensuring smooth business performance, excellent customer experience, and effective team management. Key Responsibilities: -Manage day-to-day operations, including scheduling, staffing, and workflow. -Supervise and support staff to deliver high-quality customer service. -Oversee sales, memberships, and client service processes. -Monitor financial performance, including budgets, expenses, and reporting. -Ensure compliance with health, safety, and wellbeing standards. -Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and customer retention. -Handle customer queries, feedback, and conflict resolution. -Coordinate marketing, promotions, and community engagement activities. -Maintain supplier relationships and manage stock for wellbeing products/services. 39 Hours per week €18,05 per hour €36,605 per annual
