We are recruiting 2 x skilled Chef de Partie for our busy town centre hotel as part of our restaurant and bar food service. You'll be responsible for running a designated section of our kitchen, preparing high-quality food for our year-round operation including restaurant service, bar food, and Family Groups.
Employment - Full time - 39 Hrs per week.
Salary : € 37k pa
Start Date : 01/06/2026
Key Responsibilities:
                Prepare, cook, and present dishes to specified recipes and standards
                Ensure consistency in food quality, portion control, and presentation
                Maintain cleanliness and organization of your section
                Supervise and train junior kitchen staff on your section
                Comply with all HACCP and food hygiene regulations
                Assist with stock management and ordering for your section
                Contribute ideas for menu development and daily specials
                Prepare dishes for restaurant, bar food service, and small private events
Essential Requirements:
                Minimum 2 years' experience as Chef de Partie or senior commis chef
                Proven ability to work independently on a busy section
                Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
                Understanding of HACCP and food safety requirements
                Ability to work efficiently under pressure
                Good time management and organizational skills
                Can Communicate Proficiently in English
                Flexibility to work split shifts (occasional) , evenings, weekends, and public holidays
                Permanent , Full Time
Desirable:
                Experience in hotel or restaurant environment
                Multi-section experience
                Professional culinary training or apprenticeship
