The main duties of the role: Overall responsibility for the kitchen’s daily operations. Creating new dishes and menus including pricing. Estimating costs and ensuring all purchases come within budget. Liaising with the relevant companies for food orders. Controlling stock levels & ensuring correct stock rotation procedures are followed. Ensuring all HACCP procedures are followed and documented. · To ensure cleanliness of the kitchen is in line with Food Hygiene Regulations and to ensure that food preparation and production are carried out to the highest standard. Requirements · 2+ years working in a busy kitchen environment. · HACCP qualification not required but an asset. · Fluent English required.
