The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the preparation, cooking and service in a busy café environment.

Person Specification Required:
•	Must be passionate about operations and working in the kitchen
•	Excellent culinary background required
•	Have excellent HACCP & hygiene awareness
•	Be able to work in all areas of the kitchen
•	Be able to work under pressure whilst also producing excellent cuisine
•	Confident working on your own initiative and also part of a successful team
•	Have experience in a busy fast paced environment
•	Must be standards driven and detail-orientated
•	Excellent communication skills
•	Attention to detail and persistence is a necessity
•	Must display a genuine passion for food
The Ideal Candidate:
•	2 years culinary experience in a similar establishment
•	Excellent knowledge of Food and Beverage products and operations
•	Good working english
•	Have full permission or hold a valid visa to work in the EU
