Job Description: Sheng Property Services Limited is seeking a highly skilled Carpenter to join our maintenance and property management team. We specialize in high-quality finishes across a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties in Dublin.

Key Responsibilities: * Installation & Fitting: Hanging doors, installing skirting boards, architraves, and fitting bespoke cabinetry.

Structural Repairs: Repairing floor joists, roofing timbers, and partition walls.

Kitchen & Bathroom: Precise fitting of worktops and cabinetry.

Maintenance: Repairing windows, locks, and external timber features like decking and fencing.

Site Management: Accurate material measurement and maintaining a safe, clean workspace.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in carpentry and property maintenance.

Driving License: Full clean driving license is mandatory for travel between sites.

Tools: Proficiency with and ownership of a professional-grade toolkit.
