Job Title: Playgroup Leader

Work Location:  Lansdowne Lodge Pre-School Montessori, 6 Lansdowne Terrace, Shelbourne Road, Ballsbridge, Dublin 4, D04 VY67
Annual Salary: €34882k per annum
Weekly Hours: 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:
Supervising children's play and encouraging physical, social and emotional development.
Providing opportunities for different types of play and preparing materials for a wide range of children's activities.
Encouraging children's independence, self-confidence and social interaction.
Organising and supervising children on excursions.
Organising and supervising children's activities in accordance with Childcare Regulations, cleaning up the play area and equipment after use, liaising with parents, carers and colleagues and keeping all appropriate records.

Requirements:
Candidates must have at least 2 years of service experience; a certificate related to the field; excellent communication skills; caring and empathetic nature; strong attention to detail; a second language would be an advantage.
