We are seeking a commercially focused Group Financial Controller to oversee the finance function across a growing healthcare group operating across medical supplies, pharmacy, and healthcare software.

The successful candidate will work closely with the directors to drive financial performance and support strategic growth.

Responsibilities:

Consolidated financial reporting across group companies
Development of management accounts and KPI dashboards
Cashflow management and working capital optimisation
Cost centre analysis and profitability reporting
Oversight of payroll, VAT and statutory compliance
Systems development and financial automation
Supporting pricing strategy and margin improvement
Managing relationships with external accountants and auditors
Financial planning and budgeting
