Chef de Partie is required at Silvas Catering Limited, at Main St, Kinnegad, Co. Westmeath, N91 KT2F. Minimum 2 years' experience in similar role. Duties include Prepare and cook high-quality barbecue dishes according to restaurant standards; manage a designated kitchen station, ensuring consistency, portion control, and timely service; assist senior chefs with menu planning, mise en place, and day-to-day kitchen operations; monitor stock levels, maintain ingredient quality, and support procurement processes; ensure full compliance with HACCP, food hygiene regulations, and internal safety policies; train and guide junior kitchen staff to maintain efficient workflow; collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operation during peak service; contribute to development of new barbecue items and specials aligned with the restaurant concept.
