Aureol Global Connections is hiring Pavers on behalf of Mannok Cement Limited, Scotchtown, Ballyconnell, Co. Cavan H14 YR25. The role involves supporting paving operations, operating and controlling paving machine screws to regulate asphalt flow, working closely with the Paver Operator and site engineers, and ensuring high-quality surface finishes on private and public roadworks. The successful candidate will also operate rollers safely, carry out manual groundworks as required, and complete daily equipment checks and basic maintenance. Candidates should have relevant experience in road surfacing, be safety conscious, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
