Claims Handler Fully Remote Salary up to €32k, depending on experience This is an exciting opportunity to start your insurance career in a supportive and growing company! This fully remote role is open to candidates based in Ireland and offers an excellent opportunity to develop a career within the insurance industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing motor claims from first notification through to settlement, ensuring a high standard of service and efficient resolution for all customers. Full training will be provided for the right person! Key Responsibilities Handle motor insurance claims from initial report through to final settlement Deliver exceptional customer service, acting as a key point of contact for policyholders Accurately assess claims, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements Maintain detailed and accurate claim records Key Requirements Previous experience in a customer service or insurance-related role (motor claims experience advantageous but not essential) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities Commitment to completing the APA (Accredited Product Adviser) qualification Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment
