 Support the Head Chef in delivering high-quality food preparation, presentation, and service.
 Maintain standards of quality, cleanliness, and hygiene.
 Assist with daily kitchen operations and ensure timely production.
 Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
 Lead the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence.
 Coordinate with suppliers and manage stock, rotation, and waste control.
 Train and mentor junior staff.
 Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, hygiene, and HACCP regulations.

Requirements:
 Min 2 years experience in Sous Chef role
 Excellent remuneration
 Accommodation available
 Culinary qualification preferable but not essential
 Must be flexible to work evenings and weekends
 Uniform and staff meals provided
 Must be authroised to work in Ireland
