(HR) People & Culture Generalist
€50,000 (annual salary) 
Fixed Term Contract - Immediate start
Job Overview:
This is a full HR exposure role with responsibility for end to end delivery of people services to a busy engineering services group with operations in Dublin & Cork.
Key areas of responsibility:
Recruitment & Onboarding
Employee Relations & Case Management
Employee Engagement & wellbeing co-ordinator
Business Partner to group managers and team leads.
HR systems & reporting 
HR policy, advice and compliance
Coaching and support and delivery of  training workshops as required
HR Projects, change management and culture development
Key candidate requirements:
Degree level , HR preference or related
4 years experience in a related role
Industry experience in Logistics/Retail/Construction/ FMCG
Multi Site experience preferred
Clean Driving Licence and flexibility to travel if required
Happy to work on a contract basis
